About Horizon Commercial Appraisal & Consulting
Horizon Commercial Appraisal & Consulting is a full-service commercial appraisal firm offering appraisal, litigation and consulting services. Founded in 2014 by Weston Robertson, MAI and centrally located in Greenfield, Wisconsin we have the capacity to service the entire state of Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. Our appraisal team maintains a high level of quality, confidentiality, and professionalism in all aspects of our business. We strive to exceed all expectations regarding the completed appraisal report and its delivery to our clients.
We specialize in going concern appraisals such as hotels, golf courses, gas stations, convenience stores and assisted living facilities. We also have significant experience and expertise in retail, industrial, apartment and office facilities, in addition to special use properties such as mining operations, airplane hangars, marinas and auto dealerships.

Weston J. Robertson, MAI
Mr. Robertson has been in the appraisal industry since 2009. He has been involved in countless appraisals involving a wide range of intended uses and property types. His experience includes involvement in loan transactions, eminent domain cases, assessment disputes and legal cases.
